Impact of Biology on Society

BIOL-Z132-W01
Professor Frank Jordan

This course examines problems that biology brings to society and considers the effects of these problems on our lives. Although the content varies considerably, each section of this course has the same primary goal of identifying connections between human activities and our biological world. The focus is on the ecology of coastal marine ecosystems and how human activities affect these ecosystems.
