Early Registration Promissory Note
Instructions for Out-of-Towners
If you cannot get to campus to execute a promissory note in our presence, you may complete the form and then sign it in front of a Notary. Once the Notary has witnessed you signing the document, he or she will notarize and place the seal on the document. Since faxes, copies and emails are not acceptable legal promissory notes, you will need to mail us the original. Be sure to keep a copy for your records.
