Am I Depressed or Am I Grieving?

Last month the Loyola community was saddened to learn of the death of one of its alumni, and in the aftermath of this tragic event it has once again become apparent that “grief is as individual as a fingerprint; however, the need to do so is universal.” While there is no wrong or right way to grieve, there are common emotions, behaviors and physical reactions that manifest within us all.
