SGA Electronic Bulletin Board
The SGA Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) is a flat screen television in the Danna Center that displays current announcements on a rotating basis. The size and location make it a great way to inform students about any upcoming events. For the past few years the board has mainly been used for SGA announcements, and this year we wanted to make it even more useful by sharing it with everyone. The EBB is provided as a service to the Loyola Community, so announcements will only be accepted from Loyola departments or chartered organizations.
If you have an event coming up, simply fill out the form below with the appropriate details. Keep in mind that the announcements must comply with any rules that would apply to ordinary paper flyers. After you submit your information, it will take three business days for the SGA Communications department to design your customized electronic flyer and post it on the board. That means the form below should be completed at least a full week before the event is scheduled. If your event has a theme that isn’t obvious from the title, be sure to tell us so it can be incorporated into the flyers. Because of the extra work involved in converting and reformatting, we aren’t able to accept pre-made flyers.
Flyers will remain in the rotation of announcements for one week. After that they’ll be automatically removed to make room for new ones.
