The Student Government Association of Loyola University New Orleans stands to serve the student body and represent their interests in the campus community. Through our three branches, the SGA is made up of students from every College of Loyola.

The Student Government Association's sole purpose is to serve the Loyola community. On this site, you can find the most up to date news about your government and your campus.

Brief Overview

Student Government Assocaition developes and implements campus wide and college specific iniatives through the college senators and presidents.

We put on a spring concert called Loup Garou which has had artist like Girl Talk, Everclear, Blind Melon, and Local artist Rebirth Brass Band.

Capital Improvement Projects seek to beautify the capus whether initiated through senators, college presidents or the SGA President. Recent projects include a new fence and benches around the Residential Quad. A fountain in the Danna Center Courtyard.

Richard Frank Grant allows students to request money for research projects. Past projects have included Charter School reform in Post-Katrina New Orleans.
