Crescent House Tutoring
Crescent House serves victims of domestic violence and empowers them to regain control of their lives. We offer many other services, including counseling, case management, safe housing, health advocacy, support groups, children's programming, and a 24-hour crisis hotline.
Currently, we have a special need for Loyola service learning students to provide tutoring and homework help on Monday and Wednesday evenings for children from Spanish-speaking families. Tutoring and homework help sessions include dinner. Loyola service learning students can converse with these children, befriend them, and work with them on homework, subject-specific tutoring, and test preparation.
