Subcommittees of Quality Enhancement Plan Team

(1) Synthesis Subcommittee : to meet with the authors of proposals #10 and #15 to meld a single document that will offer a foundation for the development of the QEP topic; this group may also review the other proposals submitted for items relevant to the topic.

(2) Internal Research Subcommittee : to document the history of Loyola’s involvement with the QEP topic, such as stated learning outcomes and relevant items in unit or institutional plans.

(3) External Research Subcommittee : to determine best practices and models for the development of the QEP topic.

(4) Assessment Subcommittee : to document current data and identify methodologies for assessing success in addressing the QEP topic.

(5) Activities Subcommittee : to work with units to develop plans and proposals to address the QEP topic, including learning outcomes, action plans, assessment measures, timelines, and budgets.
