Student Field Trips

If you are planning a field trip, you should complete a Student Field Trip Registration (pdf or webForm) form and submit it to the Risk Management office, 240 Marquette Hall (Campus Box 11). You can also submit the form electronically by email attachment to riskman@loyno.edu.
You should also collect and keep a roster of all participants. You can use our roster form (pdf or xls) or create one of your own (as long as it contains the same information). The roster must be maintained on file in the sponsoring department's office for at least 2 years for auditing purposes.
