Guests
We are using separate forms for Attendees and Guests this year. Please be sure to register each of your guests using a Guest Registration form. Fees can be combined for ease of payment.

Non-members
Everyone is welcome to attend the URMIA conference! However, you may join URMIA prior to registering for the conference to take advantage of the URMIA member rate. Membership applications are available online at www.urmia.org. The membership application and dues payment must be completed prior to registering for the conference to qualify for the member rate.

Registration Deadlines
The Early registration deadline is August 1, 2003.
The Regular registration deadline is August 29, 2003.
Registrations received or unpaid after August 29th will be assessed the On-Site rate.

Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be given for cancellations received through August 1, 2003. Cancellations received between August 2, 2003 and September 12, 2003 will be charged a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be processed for cancellations received after September 12, 2003 or for no-shows. All cancellations must be received in writing, either via mail or e-mail to urmia@ntplx.net.

Hotel Registration
Please remember to make your hotel reservations early! The Hotel Monteleone is very popular and the URMIA room block will fill up quickly. Reservation deadline is August 5, 2003. See Hotel Information.
