Interim Housing Requests
Late Checkouts
All resident students are required to checkout of their residence hall room by Saturday, May 9, 2009 at 10:00 AM. Students who require housing later than that time for any reason are required to submit a request using the form below. Those who do not have an approved Late Checkout Request will be subject to an Improper Checkout Fee of $100, plus daily occupancy charges.
All students approved to stay beyond the closing date will be charged $25/night until the beginning of the Summer Session, at which time regular summer housing rates apply.
Interim Housing
If you are living on campus this summer and would like to stay in the residence halls between the end of the Spring term and the beginning of the Summer Session, you must apply for Interim Housing.
The Department of Residential Life offers Interim Housing for residents at a rate of $25/night.
To apply for Interim Housing, students must complete the form below AND their Interim housing Request must be accepted. Accepted requests require most students to move rooms once during the interim period, and in rare cases may require them to move a second time into their summer room. Residential Life will make every attempt to avoid any unnecessary room changes.
