How to Make Your Own Recycle Bin

    Office Paper

    • Every one can create their own recycling bin.
    • Take a plain corrugated cardboard box or a small, ready made plastic trash can.
    • Tape a label on it saying "OFFICE PAPER FOR RECYCLING - DO NOT THROW AWAY"
    • Go to http://www.loyno.edu/recycling/office-paper.html for the list of the office paper collection points on campus.
    • Empty your bin at the nearest collection point when it gets full.

    Newspaper and Magazines

    • Southeast Paper asks that we not mix Office paper with Magazines and Newspapers.
    • University departments or dorm floors can collect them in large boxes marked “MAGAZINE AND NEWSPAPERS FOR RECYCLING - DO NOT THROW AWAY”
    • Have a designated person or a work study student take them over to the Newspaper/Magazine dumpster on West Road near Biever Hall.
