Intramural Sports
Many exciting intramural sports are offered to students, faculty, staff, and alumni. These sports include 7 x 7 flag football, 4 x 4 flag football, 5 x 5 basketball, 3 x 3 basketball, volleyball, softball, 7 x 7 outdoor soccer, 5 x 5 indoor soccer, racquetball, dodgeball, and more. Sports are divided into men's, women's, co-rec, and open divisions. You may enter a team or sign-up as a free agent. Intramural champion t-shirts are awarded to all winners in every sport! Top teams in 7 x 7 flag football, 5 x 5 basketball, volleyball, and softball are eligible to compete in the Louisiana Collegiate Intramural-Recreational Sports Association (LCIRSA) State Championships each year.

- All intramural meetings and clinics will be held at the University Sports Complex.
- It is mandatory that a team representative attend the Captain's Meeting!
- Roster Forms/Sign-up sheets can be found in the University Sports Complex.
- NO TEAM = NO WORRIES. Just make sure to attend the Captain's Meeting for that sport!
- All intramural champions will receive an intramural champion t-shirt and your picture forever enshrined on the intramural website!
- Looking to make some EXTRA MONEY! If you are interested in officiating intramurals please attend the Officials Clinic(s) listed above.
