Intramurals
Many exciting intramural sports are offered to students, faculty and staff. These sports include 7 x 7 flag football, 4 x 4 flag football, 5 x 5 basketball, 3 x 3 basketball, volleyball, softball, 7 x 7 outdoor soccer, racquetball, dodgeball, golf, and a weightlifting competition. Sports are divided into Men's, Women's, Co-Rec, and Open divisions. You may enter a team or sign-up as a free agent. Intramural champion t-shirts are awarded to all winners in every sport!
Top teams in 7 x 7 flag football, 5 x 5 basketball, volleyball, and softball are eligible to compete in the Louisiana Collegiate Intramural-Recreational Sports Association (LCIRSA) State Championships each year.
- All intramural meetings and clinics will be held at the University Sports Complex.
- It is mandatory that a team representative attend the Capt's Meeting.
- Rosters must be submitted by the entry deadline to participate!

- Roster Forms for intramurals are located next to the University Sports Complex service area.
- NO TEAM = NO WORRIES. Make sure to sign the Free Agent List (located at the University Sports Complex service area) and attend the Capt's Meeting for that sport!
- Looking to make some EXTRA MONEY! If you are interested in officiating intramurals please attend the Officials Clinic(s) listed above.
