Fitness

A variety of fitness programs are offered to meet the diverse needs of each individual. Structured group exercise classes are provided free of charge which include Step, Kickboxing, Body Sculpting, Water Aerobics, Abdominals, Aerobic Fitness and Dance Aerobics. For a nominal fee, both Yoga and Pilates classes are offered, or you can design your own workout with help from one of our certified personal trainers. Both adult and child swim lessons are available as well. Whether its walking, running, swimming or lifting weights - we can help you strive for a lifetime of fitness.

Class Descriptions

Aerobic Fitness
This is an intensive exercise program, highlighting overall physical fitness, working on skeletal muscle tone and endurance as well as the cardiovascular (aerobic) fitness.
Yogalet
New!  A combination of yoga and pilates.  * 7:15am classes end by 8:00am.
Power/Cardio Sculpt
Nothing but an intense cardio step routine combined with resistance weight training. What more could your body ask for?
Cardio Kickboxing
"Jab", "cross", "hook", and "kick" your way into shape with this complete upper and lower body cardio routine.
BOSU
New!  A total body workout with a serious core challenge using the BOSU trainer.
Step
A class combining all of the movements and energy of Hi/Lo impact aerobics onto a step platform.
Morning Workout
Enjoy a variety of workouts ending by 8:00am.  A great way to start the day!
Salsaerobics
It’s Back! Spice up your workout by adding sizzling salsa moves to the aerobic format. 
Aqua Latte
New! Helps establish the mind/body connection through a series of yoga, ballet, and aerobics movements performed in water.  A great way to start your day!
Water Workout
A low impact, but intense water aerobics class focusing on muscular strength and endurance. This class utilizes various floating devices to improve resistance training.

Shake It

A combination strength building and low impact cardio dance class.  Funky and fun
Hip Hop Aerobics
A fresh spin on the dance workout using hip hop moves. 
Circuit
It's Back!  Experience a great full body workout using a variety of fitness equipment.
Stretch & Tone
This class combines the benefits of flexibility and strength training.  It’s perfect for  those who want to become stronger while increasing their body’s  range of motion.

 

Instructional Classes (Registration Fee Required)

Hatha Yoga
This class explores a series of postures and relaxed breathing patterns to help establish balance in life.
Pilates Mat
Pilates is a classical, systematic, and integrative approach to Pilates training.  The program is based on the principle that before working the peripheral parts of the body, the core needs to be strong and stable.  The Mat work is the original movement system that Joseph Pilates created nearly 90 years ago.
Personal Training
Enhance the benefits of your workout with a Certified Personal Trainer through one-on-one training and motivation specifically geared to your individual needs.
Swim Instruction
Get private or semi-private instruction by a certified swim instructor in an Olympic sized indoor pool.

Sports Complex Members: $40.00
Non-Members: $40.00 plus $5.00 guest fee
