Faculty Handbook Revisions Spring 2008

The following revisions to the Faculty Handbook were approved by the University Faculty Handbook Revision Committee and the University Senate in Fall 2007. The revisions were approved by Board of Trustees on May 16, 2008

  • Library Faculty (Chapter 11) is replaced in its entirety with revisions developed by the University Library faculty and the College of Law faculty.

  • Fringe Benefits for Faculty (Chapter 12) was revised to update the sections on term life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment to reflect benefits currently offered by the university.

Faculty Handbook Revisions Fall 2005

The following revisions to the Faculty Handbook were approved by the University Faculty Handbook Revision Committee and the University Senate in Spring 2005. The revisions were approved by Board of Trustees on October 13 -14, 2005.

  • Discrimination and Harassment Policy (Chapter 1)

Faculty Handbook (Spring 2003 - Non Substantive Revisions)

The following are the Faculty Handbook chapters with all nonsubstantive changes that have been approved by the University Faculty Handbook Revision Committee and the University Senate. Two versions are listed. The first is "Approved Changes" with all changes indicated in color. The second version is the "Final Version". Page images have been maintained to enable a direct comparison with hard copies of the Faculty Handbook that are currently in distribution.
