Print Services Guidelines

Ordering from Print Services is easy. For convenience and superior print quality, we encourage the submission of electronic digital files, sent from your computer either over the network or as an e-mailed PDF attachment. You may also bring a printed document to our office (Monroe 236), accompanied by a job ticket and your departmental account number.

Generally, most print jobs will be completed and ready for pick-up the next working day, or sooner if needed. However, larger or more specialized jobs may take longer. Also, more time may be required at busier parts of the year, such as the beginnings of the semesters and during final exams.

Print Services will make every reasonable effort to meet deadlines and accommodate emergencies. Otherwise, all work is completed on a “first come, first serve” basis.

Students are not allowed to pick up exams. Exceptions will be made only if written notification is given by the professor.

Almost all papers used by Print Services consist of some recycled and/or post-consumer content (usually between 10 and 60 percent).

For customers who do not have a departmental account with Loyola University, Print Services also accepts cash, check, Visa and Mastercard.
