How Police Departments Affect the Well-Being of Communities

DR. JOHN ALDERDICE, SPEAKER

Dr.John Lord Alderdice is a member of the House of Lords and of the International Monitoring Commission that oversees the actions of all parties involved in the Belfast peace agreement that has effectively ended thirty years of political violence in Northern Ireland. His work there included involvement in restructuring a police force that was not trusted by the minority community.
