BOLO BOLO Burglary - door unlocked

On 9/13/09, @ 7:44 a.m. a Biever Hall resident student reported that someone entered his room and removed three bottles of cologne valued at approximately $300 which were situated on a shelf next to the door. The victim reported that the door to his room was unlocked and he was in the room sleeping. The victim reported that he fell asleep at approximately 10:00 p.m. and discovered the property missing the following morning at approximately 7:44 a.m. Nothing more reported taken.

Safety Tips:

LOCK YOUR ROOM. IF YOU HAVE A ROOMMATE OR SUIT MATE AGREE THAT EACH OF YOU WILL LOCK THE DOORS WHEN LEAVING.
Sign in guests and be aware of their actions while in the residence hall.
Report suspicious or unfamilar people on your wing floor.
Report anyone "rattling" doors.
Report missing property immediately.
