BOLO BOLO Car jacking - 600 blk. Pine Street
On Wednesday, July 15, 2009 at 1:27 a.m. a Loyola student and a passenger were sitting in a parked vehicle at 625 Pine Street when they were approached by two males one of which was armed with a hand gun. The robbers demanded that the two occupants get out of the vehicle and to give them the keys, which they did. The two males then took possession of the vehicle that is described as a silver Nissan Maxima, Kentucky license # 605 ELK and fled down Pine Street toward Freret Street. The two victims were not injured in the incident.
Suspect description:
#1 African American male, age: teen, hgt. under 5'8" - wearing a white tee shirt and black pants.
#2 African American male, age: teen, hgt. under 5'8" - wearing a red tee shirt and black pants.
The weapon is described as a black hand gun.
