Every Loyola student receives an e-mail account upon admittance to the university. This account enables you to send and receive both campus e-mail and e-mail via the world wide web. Your e-mail account has already been activated and is available for immediate use.
How do I get my Loyola email address?
You can retrieve your new email account in one of two ways:
- Check the personal email account you provided on your admissions application. Your username and temporary password have been sent to this account.
- Go to the Loyola home page and select "Find People" from the top bar menu. Enter your first and last name.
What are my user ID and temporary password?
User ID: The portion of your email address before the @ symbol
Password: 6 characters which are made up of: the first 2 letters of your first name and the last 4 digit of your social security number.
How do I access my new Loyola email?
Go to the Loyola home page and select "Webmail" from the top bar menu. You have two mail platforms that you may use depending on your personal preferences. Please make sure to change your temporary password!
