Orientation Krewe Membership Information

If you haven't already, you will be contacted on Facebook by an upperclass student who will be your "Krewe Leader" through the summer and Wolfpack Welcome.

A "krewe" is an organization that holds parades and masquarade balls during the Mardi Gras season. In the New Orleans spirit, we have placed all incoming first year students and transfer students into "Krewes" named after regional parades.

On Facebook, we have developed Krewes for all students and assigned each student a Krewe Leader. If you click here, you can see the Krewe Leaders and their specific Krewe.

Over the summer we will be using Facebook to relay important information regarding orientation, the summer reading, and other programs. We hope you will get to know the 20 or so students who are in your Krewe, as you have been assigned to your Krewes based on your college.

If you are unsure which Krewe you are a member of, please contact us at fyi@loyno.edu and we will let you know who your Krewe Leader is as well as their e mail address.
