Fact Book On-Line: Save Page Help
Inquiry Page | Inquiry Help | Load Report | Load Help | Save Help
Where Is The Save Page? Why Isn't It Always Available?
The Report Options Save page is only accessible from the generated report itself. Without a sample report, there is nothing to save.
In order to save a report, you must first check the box "Display Save Options On Report" at the bottom of the Inquiry page.
What Is Saved
The Report Options Save Page will save the reporting options you selected to create your report. This allows for the most accurate reports possible. Reports can be rerun using these parameters at a later date using the Fact Book Report Options Load Screen. If you wish to save the actual report, you should use the "File > Save" options available to you via your particular web browser.
How To Save Your Options
All that is needed from you are the following:
- Your Name - Used on the Fact Book Load Report Page to identify reports which belong to you.
- Report Name - A short description which quickly identifies your report.
- Report Description - A full description of the report.
- Your Email - A copy of the Report Number and a link to quickly generate the report will be sent to your email address. This will serve as a reminder of your report as well as providing you with a link you can share with your colleagues.
The report options themselves are automatically saved for you. You do not need to enter these parameters again. The generated report heading is also saved for you.
