Benefits - Full-time Permanent Employees - 26.83% of salaries/wages
(The Human Resources Department defines Full-time as working 30 hours or more per week.)
Benefits - Full-time permanent faculty during the summer session - 15.65% salaries/wages
Benefits - Part-time Employees - 7.65% of salaries/wages
3. Facilities and Administration Costs (Indirect Cost Rates)
Indirect Cost (On Campus) - 59% of salaries/wages
Indirect Cost (Off Campus) - 25% of salaries/wages
4. State of Louisiana Travel Reimbursement
The state mileage reimbursement is .44 cents per mile. State rates apply for meals and lodging. Consult the Louisiana Travel Guide for specific rates.
