Library Services/Workshops
The J. Edgar and Louise S. Monroe Library has programs to assist College of Social Sciences students with coursework and extra-curricular activities.
In the Learning Commons, CSS students can get help with projects such as web site creation, movie editing, and photograph scanning. The library offers technology and research workshops throughout the semester on topics such as PowerPoint, FrontPage, Dreamweaver, and video editing. The complete workshop schedule is available at http://library.loyno.edu/LI/workshops.htm
The library has group study rooms, laptops, DVDs, and multimedia equipment available for students to check out.
The library is open late Sunday through Thursday and 24 hours during the exam period; 24/7 help is also available by using our Ask a Librarian virtual reference service (http://library.loyno.edu/askalibrarian/index.htm).
