Loyola gives the United Way

This is a tremendous response and again I thank everyone who has worked so hard to make this happen. As of December 10, The Times-Picayune reported that the United Way had raised more than $16.7 million. That leaves $2.1 million to go to reach United Way's goal. There are a lot of people depending on us. Let's go that extra mile.

But here's something interesting...Tulane, who has 2,300 employees has only reported $66,833. That's only $334 more than Loyola, with only 943 employees who gave. So, here's my request: if you or your department have not yet turned in your pledges, it is not too late. In fact, we will be thrilled to get any pledges or money.
