UPB is award-winner

This semester, the University Programming Board (UPB) received awards from two regional conferences. UPB received four awards from the National Associations of Campus Activities and five awards from the Association of College Unions International.

There were five categories for student-originated artwork. Both conferences had graphics competitions that the UPB advertising committee dominated. The UPB earned the following awards from The National Associations of Campus Activities: Best In Show (Hurricane Party publicity; first place One-color Poster Design (open Mic nights); first place Theme Publicity Campaign (Hurricane Party); and first place Web Design (www.loyno.edu/upb).

From the Association of College Unions International, UPB picked up the first place Multi-color Poster Design (BYOB); first and third places in Theme Publicity Campaign (Hurricane Party and UPB identity campaign); second place Web Design (www.loyno.edu/upb); and third place Non-poster Publicity (Loup Garou shirt).
