Goldstein joins Loyola community
Loyola
welcomes Lois Goldstein as the director of human resources. Goldstein
comes to Loyola after moving to New Orleans from Oklahoma to work with
Cox Communications as human resources manager for multiple New Orleans
sites.
Prior to moving to the Crescent City, Goldstein spent three years working as director of human resources for Hillcrest Health Center in Oklahoma City. As director and a member of the hospital's senior leadership, she was responsible for recruitment, retention, benefits and compensation administration, supervisory training, regulatory compliance, employee relations, worker's compensation, for facilitating continuing quality improvement teams and conducting employee climate assessments.
She received an Ed.D. in health care education/human resources development from NOVA University in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. She also is a registered nurse.
