Marilyn, '64 and Albert S., '63, L'66 Dittmann

Marilyn, '64 and Albert S., '63, L'66 Dittmann received the 199798 Adjutor Hominum Award during the Homecoming/Reunion luncheon in November. Marilyn serves as the first vice president of Loyola's Alumni Association and will serve as president at the beginning of the 1998 academic year. She and Albert have volunteered on numerous activities which exhibit a true commitment to Loyola, the community and each other. Albert is an attorney and partner with the law firm of Adams and Reese in New Orleans. He serves on the Loyola School of Law Visiting Committee and is the immediate past president of the Law Alumni Association. He also is a member of the President's Council and 1996 recipient of the Order of St. Ignatius Award presented by the Jesuit Volunteer Corps.

Also, during the festive Homecoming/Reunion Weekend four outstanding alumni athletes were inducted into the Hall of Fame. Standing next to pictures of themselves in uniform during their college days are: Marion "Dookey" Dauphin, '55; Larry Hoyt, '64; James "Red" Hultberg, '49; and Tom Schwaner, '63, '70.
