Crescent City Farmers Market Second Anniversary

University President Bernard P. Knoth, S.J., cuts the cake at the Crescent City Farmers Market second anniversary celebration in September. Joining him are Market Director Richard McCarthy and Sharon Litwin, president of the farmers market board. The market is a an ECOnomics project of the Twomey Center. Its purpose is to initiate and promote ecologically-sound economic development in the Greater New Orleans area.
