Attention ball players

What: Loyola announces its summer basketball league which is limited to the first eight teams that sign up and pay their entry fee. Teams are guaranteed seven regular season games and one playoff game with winners advancing.

When: Captains' meeting is June 2 at 7 p.m. with games beginning on June 5. Games will be on Tuesday and Thursday nights, from 6 ­ 10 p.m.

Where: Loyola's Recreational Sports Complex.

How much: $300 team entry fee; $10 player fee; and $10 official fee for each game from each team.

Other items: $200 deposit required to hold team spot. Balance must be paid before first game along with player fees. Rosters will be frozen after the sixth game. Trophies and prizes will be awarded to first through third place.
