Rapper Gerald "G-Eazy" Gillum '11 to hold forum with Loyola students to encourage them to find their own voice

A Berkeley, California native, Gerald Gillum '11 graduated from Loyola’s Music Industry Studies program and has achieved enormous commercial success in the hip-hop world through his stage name G-Eazy. Gerald began producing tracks during his time as a Loyola undergrad, though his obsession with music, and specifically hip-hop, began long before this during his childhood in the Bay Area.

Gillum will share his story with Loyola students today, Saturday, Jan. 30, at 3 p.m. in Nunemaker Auditorium located on the third floor of Monroe Hall on Loyola University New Orleans' main campus at 6363 St. Charles Ave. Limited seating is available.
