Theatre Arts and Dance presents 'Alice in Wonderland'

The Loyola University New Orleans Department of Theatre Arts and Dance is proud to present an original adaptation of “Alice in Wonderland,” based on the classic book by Lewis Carroll. Written by longtime Loyola professor the Rev. Ernest Ferlita, S.J., and directed by Georgia Gresham, it is the timeless tale of the young girl who falls down a rabbit hole into an underground world of strange and magical creatures, complete with the Queen of Hearts, the Mad Hatter and the Cheshire Cat.

Performances will be held Thursday, Feb. 5 and Friday, Feb. 6 at 7:30 p.m.; Saturday, Feb. 7 at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.; and Sunday, Feb. 8 at 2 p.m. at the Lower Depths Theater at 6363 St. Charles Avenue, (corner of St. Charles Avenue and Calhoun Street).
