Race Judicata Fun Run and 5K Race

(New Orleans)— Loyola University New Orleans College of Law and Boys Hope Girls Hope are sponsoring Race Judicata, which will be held Saturday, March 31, 2007 at Audubon Park. The funds raised from this race will go directly to support BHGH of New Orleans, which is a non-profit, privately funded, multi-denominational organization. The mission of BHGH is to help children with academic potential who are at-risk due to economic impoverishment and adverse family issues. BHGH provides children with long-term, value centered homes coupled with a private college preparatory education.

Race registration begins at 7:30 a.m. The 1-mile Fun Run/Walk begins at 8:30 a.m. and the 5K Race begins at 9 a.m. Registration can be individual or as a team. The individual fee is $15 pre-registration (through Friday, March 30th, 2007) and $18 on race day. All team members must be listed on the same registration for accurate scoring purposes. The five person team registration fee is $60. No team registration or changes to teams on Race Day. Participants should meet at Shelter 10 at the Magazine Street entrance to Audubon Park.

Complimentary T-shirts, beer, drinks, fresh fruit & other refreshments will be provided. Awards will be presented to 1st through 3rd overall men & women; 1st place awarded to men & women’s masters; 1st and 2nd place awards for teams finishing with best average time; and 1st and 2nd place awards for participation among law firms.
