Friends of New Orleans hosts 450 law students and faculty over the holiday break

The group will also attend a lecture in Roussel Hall on Thursday, January 4, at 6 p.m., featuring John Barry, author of Rising Tide: The Great Mississippi Flood of 1927 and How It Changed America and The Great Influenza: The Story of the Deadliest Plague in History, and King Milling, president of Whitney National Bank and Chairman of the Governor’s Advisory Commission on Coastal Restoration and Conservation. The event is free and open to the public.
