(New Orleans) — The Center for Student Leadership Development is now accepting nominations for the Spirit of Loyola Awards 2005–2006 and the Mary Ann Reising Flynn Scholarship. Recipients will be honored at the 24^th Annual Student Leadership Recognition Banquet & Student Organization Advisors’ Reception on April 20, 2006 in the St. Charles Room at 6:30 p.m. A reception honoring student organization advisors will be held on that day in the Senior Common Room, 5:00 – 6:30 p.m.

The Spirit of Loyola Awards are given to students and student organizations who excel in one of the areas of leadership development at Loyola University. The awards are the highest honor a student or student organization can receive in the field of leadership. The Mary Ann Reising Flynn Scholarship is awarded each spring to an outstanding freshman or sophomore woman who demonstrates character, leadership qualities, and involvement in student life or community service. For a nomination form, visit: http://www.loyno.edu/csld/Mary_Ann_Reising_Flynn_Sc.pdf.
