Marketing team places 2nd in AMA International Case Competition

The Loyola University New Orleans student marketing team, from the
Eight finalists were selected to participate in an oral competition. Each team gave a 30-minute presentation of its marketing plan, followed by a 15-minute question and answer period with the judges from the sponsors’ organizations.
The Loyola team presented a promotion plan for Goodyear/Sullivan. Loyola students who competed this year are Amanda Eckersley of Collierville, TN.; Jesus Portillo from Honduras; Jeffrey Barker of Klamath Falls, OR; Amie St. Germain of Montz, LA; Michael Wiethop of St. Louis, MO; and Stephanie Miranda from Issaquah, WA.
The AMA International Case Competition is sponsored by Goodyear and Sullivan Tire and Auto Service. The competition is only open to schools which have an affiliated AMA Collegiate Chapter and all team members must belong to that chapter.
