Loyola Communications Alumnus To Address Graduating Class

Loyola graduate Robert Conover will address the 2005 graduating communications class on Tuesday, May 3, at 12:30 p.m. in Room 303 of the Communications/Music Complex.
Conover received a bachelor of arts degree in communications from Loyola in 1975. Since then he has worked on a plethora of projects in advertising. He won an Emmy Award for directing “That Golden Distance,” and Associated Press awards for Best News Series and Best Newscast. He directed several commercials for Ginzu Knives and has taught classes in photography at Penn State University.
Conover will talk about his experiences in television and broadcasting, and the many opportunities that are available to communications graduates.
