The Center for Student Leadership Development established the Top 10 Undergraduate Senior Awards as a way to recognize those students who were successful in their academic and student life endeavors. Focusing on the “whole person” is one of the tenets of a Jesuit education and, with the Top 10 Award; the recognition is given to those students who excel as both student leaders and student learners.
The balance of developing outside and inside the classroom while striving for excellence clearly demonstrates Loyola’s values of academic excellence, rich Jesuit tradition, and leadership development. These recipients of this year’s award will receive a commemorative

The Mary Ann Reising Flynn Scholarship is given to one freshman or sophomore woman annually who demonstrates the qualities of leadership. The scholarship is provided by the family of Mary Ann Reising Flynn. She graduated from

The scholarship will be approximately $1,200 - $1,500 and will be applied toward the student’s fall 2005 tuition.
The Center for Student Leadership Development administers the scholarship award process and will select the recipient. The recipient will be honored at the Twenty Third Annual Student Leadership Banquet held on Wednesday, April 27, 2005 in the St. Charles Room.
