Loyola Student celebrates Wolfpack spirit in Maryland

Loyola press release - October 10, 2005

Mike Jones, a music business industry student at Loyola University New Orleans, is keeping the wolfpack spirit alive with Mike's Benefit Concert for the hurricane relief effort. The benefit will be held on Sunday, October 23, 2005, from 4 - 7p.m. at the Chester River Yacht and Country Club located at 7738 Quaker Neck Road, Chestertown, Md.
This benefit concert is made possible by volunteer performances by Jones' own band, Energy Field, (www.energyfieldmusic.com), and two other bands. In addition to live music performances, local newspapers in Maryland are donating free advertising, and local merchants have offered to sell tickets.
Tickets are $25 and may be purchased at the door, or by mailing the $25 contribution to CRY&CC / Hurricane Relief, 7738 Quaker Neck Road, Chestertown, Md., 21620. Those who cannot attend this event but would still like to donate will be mailed a free copy of Energy Field's CD.
