Local children’s author, Gloria Teles Pushker, to perform at Loyola

(New Orleans)—The J. Edgar and Louise S. Monroe Library at Loyola University New Orleans invites children ages 4 through 8 to attend this special performance by storyteller Gloria Teles Pushker. The performance will be on Saturday, March 24, from 10:30-11:30 a.m. in the J. Edgar and Louise S. Monroe Library located on Loyola’s main campus at 6363 St. Charles Avenue.
Pushker is the author of Toby Belfer’s Seder and Toby Belfer Never Had a Christmas Tree. She is a Loyola graduate, who teaches storytelling and children’s literature at the university. Her costumed performances, focusing on multicultural literature, are a wonderful experience for children and adults alike.
