The Loyola University New Orleans sponsored Crescent City Farmers Market is hosting a series of cool learning experiences at both the Tuesday and Saturday Markets to help keep everyone’s brain cells from frying.

The series kicks off this Tuesday, August 1, at noon, with an experiment to see if eggs really will fry on the pavement. TREE, Teaching Responsible Earth Education, will conduct the experiment along with kids of all ages who are encouraged to bring a skillet to the market tarmac. Eggs will be provided by the market and the August sun will provide the heat.
