(New Orleans)—Loyola Opera Workshop presents the An evening of Opera Scenes under the direction of David Morelock. The concert is set for Monday, November 20, 2000 at 7:30 p.m. in Nunemaker Auditorium on the third floor of the Monroe Science Complex located at the corner of Calhoun and Marquette streets.
The Opera Workshop will presents scenes from Mozart's The Magic Flute and Don Giovanni, Offenbach's The Tales of Hoffmann, Strauss' Capriccio, Der Rosenkavalier, Rossini's William Tell and The Barber of Seville, Verdi's Rigoletto, Donizetti's Lucia di Lammermoor, Schonberg's Les Miserables, and a set of Broadway melodies.
