Loyola University New Orleans to host College of Business Administration Alumni Luncheon

(New Orleans)—The alumni board of the Joseph A. Butt, S.J., College of Business Administration of Loyola University New Orleans will host the 15th annual Business Alumni Luncheon on Friday, September 24, 1999. The luncheon will be held at the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel in the Waterbury Ballroom. A cash bar reception will begin at 11:30 a.m. and the luncheon follows at noon.
The keynote speaker is Joseph Nocera, editor-at-large of Fortune Magazine.
Awards for Alumnus of the Year will be presented to Lloyd A. Tate, who graduated from Loyola’s College of Business Administration in 1970. The Young Alumnus of the Year Award will be presented to Lee W. Randall, who received a master’s of business administration degree in 1989.
The luncheon is open to the public, tickets are $32 each for alumni from the classes of 1993 and prior and friends, and $23 each for alumni from the classes of 1994 to 1999. A table with seating for 10 guests is $300.
Based on the heritage of Catholic Jesuit higher education in Louisiana since 1849, Loyola University New Orleans was chartered in 1912. Today, the university serves approximately 5,550 undergraduate and graduate students. The university is accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.
