Law students return to campus
Loyola press release - August 24, 2009
The Loyola University New Orleans College of Law welcomes new and returning law students for the 2009 — 2010 academic year. Classes begin for law students on Monday, Aug. 24.
Early estimates indicate enrollment of 325 first-year students, with a total enrollment of 904. In 2008, 247 law freshmen were enrolled in the College of Law with a total enrollment of 844. According to the College of Law’s admissions office, increased enrollment for 2009 is due in part to a higher caliber of applicants who exhibit the talent and leadership that Loyola expects.
Official numbers for fall 2009 will be available after the final drop-add date, Sept. 4.
