Heard about Twitter and aren't sure what all the fuss is about?
The Loyola University New Orleans College of Social Sciences will co-host a fast-paced, free Twitter seminar on Saturday, July 18, from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m., in Monroe Hall’s Nunemaker Auditorium on Loyola’s main campus.
Twitter Day New Orleans, sponsored by Loyola, NAKED Pizza, WDSU-TV, Gambit, Fabre, Smith & Coco, Trumpet and the Governor’s Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness is open to anyone who wants to learn how to use the social media tool Twitter in personal life or business. Participants must RSVP here to reserve a space for the seminar and receive information. NAKED pizza will provide free lunch and refreshments.
