Locander said Luechauer’s breadth of experience and popularity with students will serve the College of Business well.
“Dr. Luechauer brings to Loyola a rich background in leadership development and team management,” Locander said. “He will play a vital role in our MBA program and soon be known to our undergrads as simply ‘Doc Dave’.”
Luechauer, who was the president of the nonprofit Children’s Theater Institute in Indianapolis, echoed Locander’s excitement.
“I am thrilled to be part of the Loyola team and I look forward to awakening, enlightening and transforming the leaders within all our students, faculty, staff and greater New Orleans residents,” Luechauer said.
