Student voices featured in Tuesday's Loyola Chorale and University Chorus concert

The Loyola University New Orleans Montage Fine and Performing Art Series will continue this month with a free, public concert with the Loyola Chorale and the University Chorus set for Tuesday, April 8 at 7:30 p.m. The concert will take place in the Louis J. Roussel Performance Hall, located in the Communications/Music Complex on Loyola's main campus.
The Loyola University New Orleans Chorale, conducted by Meg Frazier, D.M.A., will perform J. S. Bach's motet “Jesu, meine Freude.” Soloists include Loyola students Maggie Probst, Kameron Lopreore, Frank Convit, Amanda McCarthy, Jessica Mixon and Matthew Higginbotham.
The University Chorus, along with special guests The Newman Upper School Chorus, with Dilyara Shiderova at the piano, will sing Ralph Vaughan Williams’ “Dona nobis pacem.” Student soloists include Lisa Cossentino-Miller, Juan Carlos Hernandez, Jade Coates, Dylan Tran, Alexandra Mena and Thomas Lin.
