Campus community invited to pinch and pull at the Senior Crawfish Boil
April 26, 2013
Nothing says New Orleans like a crawfish boil. The Loyola University New Orleans Alumni Association is keeping that tradition alive by hosting its annual Senior Crawfish Boil Friday, May 10 from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Peace Quad. In addition to graduating students, Loyola faculty and staff are also invited to attend and enjoy free hot boiled crawfish, corn, potatoes, sausage, side dishes and beverages.
Faculty and staff should pre-register for the event online by May 7. All food is first come, first serve. Check in at the faculty and staff registration table at the event for a complimentary wristband.
The crawfish boil honors graduating students and welcomes the Class of 2013 to the Alumni Association. The annual celebration is hosted by the Loyola Alumni Association and is co-sponsored by the Offices of the President, Academic Affairs, Enrollment Management, Finance and Administration, Institutional Advancement, Mission and Ministry and Student Affairs.
