Mission Partners program launches for staff

The Loyola University New Orleans Office of Human Resources announces the launch of the Mission Partners program, an ongoing series of free sessions open to all employees and dedicated to staff development. Sessions will be held March 4, 6 and 7.
The goal of the Mission Partners program is to offer personal and professional growth to university staff, enhancing their work lives. These sessions will be offered each semester and will focus on professional and leadership development, operational excellence and mission formation.
Spring 2013 session schedule of events:
- March 4, "Builders of the Ignatian Vision: Gifted, Called and Missioned," 10 a.m.-noon
- March 4, "Effective Performance Management," 1-3 p.m.
- March 6, "The Seven Habits of Highly Successful People," 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
- March 7, "The Leader as Coach," 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
