Annual estate planning symposium set for Nov. 14

Loyola University New Orleans co-sponsors the 21st Annual Estate Planning Symposium on Wednesday, Nov. 14 from 1:30 – 3:30 p.m. “An Innovative Approach to Estate Planning: Providing Clarity Where Life Intersects Wealth,” takes place at the Westin New Orleans Canal Place, 100 Iberville Street in New Orleans. It is free and open to the public. Two hours of CLE, CPE or PACE credits are available with this symposium. Space is limited and RSVP’s can be made by Nov. 12 by calling Cathy Gomez at 504-592-5694.
Loyola alumnus Lawrence M. Lehmann ’74, board certified specialist in estate planning, administration and taxation, is the keynote speaker. Lehmann has served as president of the New Orleans Council of the Partnership for Philanthropic Planning, New Orleans Estate Planning Council, the Jewish Children’s Regional Service and the New Orleans Hillel Foundation. He currently serves as a member of the board of directors of the National Association of Estate Planners and Councils as well as the Jewish Endowment Foundation of Louisiana.
Additional co-sponsors of the symposium include Catholic Charities, Catholic Foundation of the Archdiocese of New Orleans, Baptist Community Ministries, the New Orleans Province and Ochsner Health System.
